Mild to moderate Alzheimer's Disease (IM)
The Butler Hospital Memory & Aging Program is conducting a clinical research study of an intramuscularly-administered, investigational drug called ACC-01, a conjugate to a beta-amyloid protein. This study tests whether the investigational drug ACC-01 safely provides clinical benefit to people with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease (AD).
Qualified participants must be:
- from 50 to 85 years of age
- diagnosed with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease
- not taking Coumadin®
- accompanied by a regular caregiver to 24 study visits over a 2-year period
