Mild to moderate Alzheimer's Disease (Oral-3)
The Butler Hospital Memory & Aging Program is conducting a clinical research study of an orally-administered, investigational drug Oral-3, a gamma-secretase inhibitor. This study tests whether the investigational drug Oral-3 safely provides clinical benefit to people with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease (AD).
Qualified participants must be:
- at least 55 years of age
- diagnosed with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease
- accompanied by a regular caregiver to 21 study visits over a 1.7-year period
